インドネシアのワルン料理をフレンチ風にデコレーションしてみたら・・・

Warteg（ワルテグ）とはWarung Tegal （ワルン・トゥガル）の略で一般的なワルンの事を指している。

安い単価（1食約15,000ルピア/約120円）で食事ができる事で、昔からインドネシア市民に親しまれているワルテグだが、安いと言うイメージで最近では若者のワルン離れが見られる。

そこで一人のワルテグ愛好家が新しいワルテグの表現として、ワルン料理をフレンチのデコレーションで盛り付けをした写真をインスタグラムでアップした。

このアカウントは好評で、新しいワルテグの形を発信している。
